Shipping policy

At Glory Candles, we take great care in packaging and dispatching your orders so that your beautiful candles reach you in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Area

  • We ship Pan India (all over India).
  • Currently, we do not ship internationally.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities & Major Cities: 3–5 Business Days
  • Tier 2 Cities & Other Locations: 5–7 Business Days
  • Remote Areas / North-East / Islands: 7–10 Business Days

Note: Delivery time starts after your order is dispatched. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

3. Shipping Charges

₹1000 & Above FREE Shipping


  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders.
  • COD extra charge: ₹49 (will be shown at checkout).

4. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
  • During festive seasons (Diwali, Christmas, etc.), processing time may increase to 2–3 days.

5. Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and Email.
  • You can track your order from the link provided or on our website under “Track Order”.

6. Shipping Partners

We use trusted courier partners:

  • Delhivery
  • DTDC
  • Ecom Express
  • India Post (for remote areas)

7. Damaged / Broken Products During Shipping

  • Candles are carefully bubble-wrapped and packed in double-layered boxes.
  • If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.

8. Important Notes

  • Shipping time is an estimate. Delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues are not in our control.
  • We are not responsible for any customs or import duties (if any) in case of future international shipping.
  • Address once entered at checkout cannot be changed after dispatch.
