Shipping policy
At Glory Candles, we take great care in packaging and dispatching your orders so that your beautiful candles reach you in perfect condition.
1. Shipping Area
- We ship Pan India (all over India).
- Currently, we do not ship internationally.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Metro Cities & Major Cities: 3–5 Business Days
- Tier 2 Cities & Other Locations: 5–7 Business Days
- Remote Areas / North-East / Islands: 7–10 Business Days
Note: Delivery time starts after your order is dispatched. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
3. Shipping Charges

- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders.
- COD extra charge: ₹49 (will be shown at checkout).
4. Order Processing
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
- During festive seasons (Diwali, Christmas, etc.), processing time may increase to 2–3 days.
5. Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and Email.
- You can track your order from the link provided or on our website under “Track Order”.
6. Shipping Partners
We use trusted courier partners:
- Delhivery
- DTDC
- Ecom Express
- India Post (for remote areas)
7. Damaged / Broken Products During Shipping
- Candles are carefully bubble-wrapped and packed in double-layered boxes.
- If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
8. Important Notes
- Shipping time is an estimate. Delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues are not in our control.
- We are not responsible for any customs or import duties (if any) in case of future international shipping.
- Address once entered at checkout cannot be changed after dispatch.
